DaVincian Executive Director Linh Hoang appointed by governor to Virginia Small Business Financing Authority
Austin, TX | DaVincian Executive Director Linh Hoang has been reappointed to a four-year term on the Virginia Small Business Financing Authority (VSBFA) by Governor Terrance McAuliffe to provide capital investments for the state’s small businesses.
“Leveling the playing field for startups and small businesses by helping them access capital to grow and expand their businesses is key to building a new Virginia economy,“ says Hoang of the VSBFA, noting that small businesses make up 97% of businesses in Virginia.
Hoang is committed to bringing VSBFA programs to diverse communities throughout the Commonwealth. “We are inclusive of all entrepreneurs. Our cash collateral, loan guarantee, and SWaM loan programs help minority and disadvantaged business owners and entrepreneurs create successful enterprises that support them and help uplift entire communities,” says Hoang.

The VSBFA is the Commonwealth’s economic development and business financing arm. The Authority works with banks to make loans to businesses that demonstrate the ability to repay financing, but need additional collateral support.
